1. Terms
By accessing the various websites of Nortech Systems, Inc. (“Nortech”) (https://nortech.wpengine.com/, https://devicix.com/, or https://www.intercon-1.com/ , collectively the “Sites”), you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Intellectual Property Rights and Use License

These names, logo, symbol, the terms, and all related names, logos product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without prior written permission of Nortech. All other graphics and images are original artwork owned by Nortech or used under license. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on these Sites are the trademarks of their respective owners.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the Sites and these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota without giving effect to and choice or conflict of law provisions or rules. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use of the Sites shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or Minnesota courts, in each case located in Minneapolis and Hennepin County. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
